I build AI agents and data pipelines that turn messy genetic and clinical data into something a doctor, or an algorithm, can actually use.

My main project is a precision health platform I built and still maintain, now holding close to a million classified genetic variants, with automated pipelines that keep it current against major public genomic databases. On top of that data, I built the parts that make it clinically useful:

Polygenic risk scoring across 300+ conditions

Drug-gene interaction analysis

ACMG-based variant classification with evidence-linked interpretation

A lab report parser covering dozens of test formats in English and Persian

A layer that pulls in microbiome, epigenetic, and wearable data alongside genetics for a fuller health picture
