Do you work in Agile or Waterfall?
Both. I'm comfortable running Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and managing traditional waterfall project plans. Many of my engagements use a hybrid approach. I'll adapt to what works best for your team.
What does "fractional PM" mean?
Fractional means part-time. Instead of hiring a full-time PM (£50k–£80k/year), you get senior PM expertise at a fraction of the cost. This is ideal for growing businesses or one-off projects that need structure and accountability but not a permanent hire.
Can you rescue a project that's already gone wrong?
