I need an animation for my product, what do you need from me in order to start working?
I will need either images of your product or the 3D files of the product, the length of the required animation and if you have any marketing points that you want to show through out the video, if you want me to follow a storyboard/script, please provide me with the required files.
I want to animate my logo in 3D , what do you need form me ?
Please provide me with your logo in high, resolution format, and also with the idea of the logo animation that you want to execute, or you can just send me the logo and I will animate it according to my creative vision.
Do you do Amazon video product animations?
Yes.
How many revisions do you offer?
Unlimited revisions within reason.
How long can the animation be?
There is no time restriction, video is quoted at 125$ per 15 sec of animation (for 720p basic packing, please review the gig description above for extras)
How long does it take to do deliver the animation?
All animations are subjected to 10 days delivery or more, contact me for availability if you need your animation sooner.
Can you do 2D animation instead of 3D?
It depends, please message me about the 2D animation that you want to make first.
Do you offer money-back guarantee ?
No, I offer satisfaction guarantee but no money-back guarantee, if the work is done and delivered and presented in a high quality format, there won't be a refund, I only refund 0.01% of the time, in rare circumstances.
Do you offer Discounts on bulk orders
Yes, I do offer discounts on bulk orders, but only if all the orders are paid at once.
After I place my order, what can I expect?
I will deliver the video on the delivery date (10 days or more)after that, if there are edits to be made we can do the edits back and forth until the animation is made as exactly as you want it to be.Please note that the video will be only delivered on the delivery date,no video updates before that.
