About this Gig
This is fully automated system that works as follows
Step 1: Applicants submit application using google form (Form 1) including a field to upload CV
Step 2: A welcome / acknowledgement email is sent to each applicant on their email
Step 3: HR / concerned team in the company evaluates all the applications received along with CVs and makes decisions (Rejected / Selected / Call for Interview / Stand By)
Step 4: Emails are sent to the selected candidates to submit final documents and give more details before joining. A link to second form (Form 2) is provided for this purpose.
Step 5: Applicants submit Form 2 and submit required documents.
Step 6: Those applicants who are selected and have been asked to submit final documents but have not yet submitted these documents are sent reminder emails.
ALL THIS PROCESS IS AUTOMATED USING THIS SYSTEM
