I will make a 3d landmark model with texture

I'm Amit Gain, a professional 3D modeler and I have 5 years of experience. They have worked in modeling for 4-5 years. We make LOD 2,3 city models(with texture, without texture), etc.

This is for existing buildings and landmarks prior to 3d modeling.

Just send me the pictures of the landmark(not compulsory), and information(name/co-ordinate in google Maps)compulsory.

I will create a photorealistic 3D model with textures or I can create a 3d model according to your idea.

What will I do?

1. Model 3D landmark,
2. unwrap UVW map,
3. Create realistic texture,
4. Render out a realistic HQ image.
5. Provide you with the source 3d and texture files or material texture
