·Atlassian Certified (ACP-620 and ACP-420)

•  Good experience in managing JIRA application hosted on server, data center and cloud
• Handling User management Activity (Account creation, removal and modification)
• Worked on Project Migration activities for JIRA and Confluence
• Worked on Project Automation Rule to automate many functionalities within project like automatic assigning issues, creating sub-task when parent task moved on any specific status etc.

·     Resolving multiple issues of customer related to project workflow, board, Automation, application access, reports, dashboard, JQl etc

·      Integrating JIRA projects with Confluence spaces

·     Analysing new plugins and configuring the same in JIRA, Confluence

·     Worked on Eazybi plugin which is one of addon of Jira designed for reporting purpose. Created account in eazybi for each project of jira and created report manually as per customer requirement

·     Worked on script runner plugin, fixed multiple issues using integrity checker, created new spaces using copy of space pf etc.

·     Good experience in understanding Client requirements and creating complex project workflow in JIRA accordingly
