What do I need to get started?
Business/Brand/Company name, Company Tagline (If have), Color, Reference Design or Image (Optional), Company theme and what type of services provide your company.
Can you provide me editable Source file and vector file?
Yes, I will provide according to my 3 packages
Why do I need the Source file?
Basically it is an editable file. In future, if you need any type of change, you will do it from source file. You can change the font, color, size etc.
Are you able to provide me unlimited revisions?
Yes, I will provide you unlimited revisions according to my 3 packages
What if our client delay's in responding to the logo feedback but the order are auto marked as complete?
You do not need to worry about that, even if your client delay's the feedback and the order is auto marked as complete you can message me and I'll do the revision that are included on your order via the chat.
What are the REVISIONS?
REVISIONS are changes required by customers related to the delivered logos such as: add or remove details, make color variations, fix a wrong text, modify a graphic element, etc.. VERY IMPORTANT: REVISIONS aren't different design concepts of the same logo.
Do you offer revisions once the order is marked as completed?
I do only small revisions once the order is completed, like the changes in font, size or colors. If you want something else then you will have to pay for it.
What do you mean by 2 to 5 concepts?
It means you will get 2 to 5 different logo concepts. I will do your logo in different ways so you can choose the best ONE for final files. NOTE: Finally, you will get 1 logo concept out of 2 to 5 according to my 3 packages.
