Do I need a running watch ?
It helps if you have a smart watch (Garmin, Apple, Coros, etc.) or a phone app like Strava to track your runs, but it is not strictly required! As long as you can tell me your time and how the effort felt, I can coach you.
What is your response window?
I reply within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours over weekends.
Is the coaching limited to 4 weeks
Each package lasts for a duration of 4 weeks, if you would like to continue after that another 4 week package would need to be purchased.
