I don't know what is causing the bug. Can you still help?
Yes — that is the normal case. You do not need to diagnose anything. Send me the error message, the repo and a description of what should happen, and finding the cause is my job.
How do I know 24 hours is realistic for my issue?
Message me first. I will look at your bug before you order and give you an honest timeline. Most single React or Next.js bugs are done well within 24 hours. Complex or hard-to-reproduce issues sometimes need two or three days, and I will tell you that upfront rather than deliver late.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if one specific thing is broken. Standard if a few issues are piling up and you want a video walkthrough of each fix. Premium if your app is generally unstable and you want it audited. Unsure? Message me and I'll tell you which you need — including if that's the cheaper one.
My app was built with AI (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt, v0). Can you work with that?
Yes. AI-generated React and Next.js codebases are a large part of what I fix. They fail in recognisable patterns and I know where to look. You do not need to understand the code yourself — I will explain what was wrong in plain English when I deliver.
Do you need access to my repository?
A GitHub repo with me added as a collaborator is easiest, but a zip of the project works fine too. Please never send me your .env file — send me the variable names only and I will tell you if I need anything else.
Will you break something else while fixing my bug?
I work on a separate branch, change only what needs changing, and tell you exactly which files I touched. I do not refactor or restyle anything you did not ask for. If a fix requires touching something outside the agreed scope, I ask you first
What if you cannot fix it?
I check your bug before you order specifically so this does not happen. In the rare case that I take on an order and cannot resolve it, I will cancel and return your money rather than deliver something that does not work.
Do you work on live production sites?
Yes, but carefully. I work on a branch or a local copy, never directly on production, and you review and approve the fix before it goes live.
