Where possible, we use a backup or staging environment. Emergency live work requires approval and carries hosting or platform risk; zero downtime is not guaranteed.
How long does a repair take?
Current delivery is Basic 2 days, Standard 3 days and Premium 5 days. Timing depends on access, reproduction and third-party blockers.
Is website migration included?
No. Migration is a separate scope because site size, email, DNS, licences and hosting constraints must be reviewed before work starts.
Can you handle an urgent issue?
Message us on Fiverr with the symptom, error and business impact. Do not send passwords. We confirm availability and the safest delivery option after review.
How do revisions work?
