FAQ
Do I need to give you my OpenAI account password?
No. You never share your password or credit card data. You simply log into openai.com, navigate to Settings > Users, and invite my email address as an Ad Account Admin.
Is the ad spend budget included in the gig price?
No. The price of this gig covers my freelance management and setup labor. All actual ad network clicks are billed directly to the payment method linked inside your OpenAI account.
Can we run ads if my business is located outside the US?
Yes. Your business can be based anywhere globally. However, because OpenAI Ads are currently in beta, your target audience must reside in one of the active supported countries (such as the US, UK, Canada, or Australia).
What specific assets do I need to provide to start?
I only need your business website URL, a clear understanding of your target product, and manager access to your ad dashboard. If you have product photos, you can send them; otherwise, I can generate compliant assets using DALL-E.
Do you guarantee clicks, leads, or sales?
No. Results vary by campaign and market conditions. I focus on strategic setup, targeted audience selection, optimization, and professional campaign management to maximize performance.
