FAQ
I am new here. How should I proceed if I want to buy your service?
It's simple! Just click on that green ORDER button and fill out requirement page.
Why do I need vector or source file?
The vector file or source file is an editable and resizable file. It's usually delivered as .AI, .EPS, .SVG or .PSD. It's a very high-resolution file. To access this, you must install Adobe Illustrator software on your PC/Mac.
What Information should I supply?
After placing the order you will be prompted a series of questions about the business such as industry, name, etc and design preferences, such as color and examples of other logos you like. The brief is the most crucial step of the entire process, as all my future work will be based on it.
Can I add new information later on?
Changing crucial parts of the brief once I have created a few designs is not an option as it will cancel all the work created so far. Please take your time and fill in the brief as accurately as possible and if you have any questions, please message me before submitting the brief.
Do I get rights to the work?
Of course! You get commercial rights to it. However, many project require 3rd party elements (fonts, photos, patterns, etc). It is the client's responsibility to acquire and store safe any 3rd party license from its source. Fonts can't be trademarked but licenses for their use are available.
Can I have more revisions or logo options?
Yes! If you end up needing EXTRA revision rounds or extra Concept proposals, you can "purchase" them. Revisions or new Logo the way to polish initial ideas (proposals) to become the final design -which is ultimately the final delivery and only version you will download and acquire rights of use-
Who owns the rights of use for the final work?
Once the project is marked as completed, the buyer will acquire the rights to use it commercially. The designer will keep the rights to show the work in her portfolio (in any platform where her work is displayed) and can use it for educational or promo
