About this gig

I have a degree in Physical Education from Brazil for over 10 years, and I was also a youth track and field and basketball athlete. After graduating, I worked as a strength and functional fitness instructor, and as a futsal, swimming, and track coach.

I have two specializations:

Athletics, since 2016.

Sports Medicine, since 2024.


I continue to constantly update my skills, including being an external student for the Master's degree in Physical Education at UFPR.

I have a degree in Physical Education, and a specialist in Athletics. I am now enrolled in another specialization in exercise medicine at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). My area of knowledge is physical preparation for sports, personal training (wellness) and population with chronic diseases. I had the opportunity to work with functional gymnastics twice in my career, the first time with the general public, the other time my audience was adult and elderly women. I am studying economics too, so I am good in data analysis, statistics and business administration.
