ChatGPT Ads are new, and most advertisers are running them blind. The
pixel fires on page load and nothing else, so the platform has no idea
which clicks turned into leads or sales and no way to optimise toward
them.
I set up OpenAI Ads tracking properly, browser and server-side, through
Google Tag Manager.

Do you set up OpenAI Ads pixel and ChatGPT Ads conversion tracking?
Yes. I install the OpenAI Ads pixel through Google Tag Manager, configure PageView and your conversion events, then test every one before handover. ChatGPT Ads and OpenAI Ads use the same pixel, so one setup covers both.
What is the difference between browser side tracking and the OpenAI Conversions API?
Browser tracking fires from the visitor page, so ad blockers and browser limits can drop events. The Conversions API sends the same events server side, so they still arrive. Premium includes both, with deduplication so nothing is counted twice.
I already have the OpenAI pixel installed but no conversions are showing. Can you fix it?
Yes, that is the most common job I get. Usually the pixel only fires PageView and no conversion event is configured, or the trigger points at the wrong page. I audit the setup, find the cause and fix it. Message me and I will look first.
Which platforms do you work with, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce or custom sites?
All of them, plus Webflow and fully custom builds. If your site has no usable dataLayer I build the event layer in custom JavaScript, so a missing plugin is never a blocker.
Do you use Google Tag Manager or edit my website code directly?
Google Tag Manager wherever possible, so nothing is hard coded into your theme and you can see and change every tag yourself later. Direct code is only used when GTM cannot reach the data, and I tell you before doing it.
Will my conversions be counted twice if I use both the pixel and the Conversions API?
Not with a correct setup. I send matched event IDs from browser and server, so OpenAI recognises them as one conversion. Duplicate counting is one of the main things I check before delivery.
What access do you need from me?
Your OpenAI Ads account, Google Tag Manager container, and your website. If you do not have GTM I create and install it for you. I can also work over a screen share if you prefer not to share logins.
How will I know the tracking is actually working?
I test every event before handover and show you the proof, events firing in the OpenAI Ads dashboard and in GTM Preview. On Premium you also get a short video walkthrough so you can re-check the setup yourself at any time.
