I will convert your supplier CSV into a checked shopify product CSV
About this Gig
Supplier CSV not ready for Shopify? I will map and clean one buyer-provided CSV (up to 100 rows and 15 columns) for new, simple products in a GBP store.
You receive a Shopify product CSV with products set to draft, a field audit showing mapped and normalized values, an exception list for rows needing your decision, and a short import handoff.
I check required fields, SKUs and handles, duplicate IDs, prices, encoding and row counts. Ambiguous rows are held. I do not invent product facts or silently drop rows. Scripts assist the conversion; I review the files before delivery.
Send one CSV and identify its SKU, title, vendor and price columns. If it has variants, multiple currencies, existing-product updates or inventory/location rules, message me with a redacted sample before ordering. Remove personal or payment data.
This gig covers file preparation only. No Shopify login, live upload, product research, image sourcing or guaranteed import. HTTPS image URLs may be copied, but their reachability and rights are not checked. Back up your store and test a small import first.

FAQ
Will you log in to my Shopify store or import products?
No. I prepare and review CSV files only. You run the import after backing up your store and testing a small batch.
Can you guarantee Shopify will import the file without errors?
No. I check the file against the current template and agreed rules. Store settings, existing products and remote images can still affect an import.
Do you handle variants or updates to existing products?
Not in this package. It covers new simple products only. Variants and existing-product updates need a separate scope because errors can change live catalog data.
What happens if my supplier file is incomplete?
I list missing or conflicting rows for your decision and do not invent prices, SKUs or product claims. I will ask before sending a partial file.
What does the one revision cover?
One correction to the same supplied file and agreed mapping, requested within seven days. New files, extra rows, new rules or live-store work are new scope.
