Yes. I sign NDAs on request, and every part of the build — mechanical, electrical, firmware — is done by me directly. Nothing is outsourced or handed off to a third party.

Yes, that's expected. I offer post-prototype revisions — updated firmware, board respins, mechanical changes — either inside your package window or as a separate round. You keep the same engineer who already knows the design.

Usually I source and order components myself and build the cost into the package. If you already own specific hardware you want used, send the details when we scope the project.

I bench-test against the spec we agree on upfront — checking wiring, power draw, sensor readings, and functional behavior — and send video documentation of it working, not just a "trust me it works" claim.

I can scope that as a custom order — this is where a dual-compute or fail-safe architecture (like isolating safety-critical control from general processing) might be worth discussing before we lock a package.
