I will convert 3d scan, stl or mesh into an editable parametric step file

An STL or 3D scan is just triangles. You cant change a hole size, add a fillet, or send it to a machinist. Most STL to STEP converters only wrap those triangles in a STEP file, which is still not editable.

I rebuild your part properly: real planes, cylinders and surfaces. You get a solid STEP that opens in any CAD software, plus a parametric Fusion 360 file with full feature history.
