I will design a custom enclosure or chassis for your pcb, robotics, or hardware project

About this gig
Your PCB, your robot, your hardware deserves an enclosure designed around it, not adapted from a generic template.
I design custom enclosures, chassis, and hardware housings in Fusion 360 for 3D printing (FDM/SLA), CNC machining, sheet metal/laser cutting, and injection molding. Every design is built to the specific rules of your chosen manufacturing process wall thickness, draft angles, bend radii, snap fits so your fabricator can use the file immediately.
- PCB enclosures & project boxes
- Robotics chassis & frames
- IoT & industrial device housings
- STEP + STL/DXF + Fusion 360 .f3d
- Assembly fit verified before delivery
Whatever I design goes through standard industry procedure, use of GD&T and DFM to make sure your design is optimized, is 100% manufacturable and fits every single time :)
Unlimlited revisions are offered on this gig for limited time! So no worries at all.
Message me your PCB dimensions and manufacturing method before ordering I'll confirm scope and quote accurately upfront.

FAQ
I just have a PCB — no CAD file. Can you still design around it?
Yes, absolutely — this is the most common starting point. Send me the PCB dimensions (length × width × height), connector positions, and any mounting hole locations. A datasheet, photo next to a ruler, or manufacturer drawing all work. I model the PCB envelope myself and build enclosure around it.
Do you design for both the top and bottom shell, or just one piece?
Both — every enclosure I design is a complete assembly: base + lid, with whatever closure method you specify (screws into bosses, snap fits, or friction fit). For sheet metal, I also deliver the flat-cut DXF for each panel separately so you can send them straight to a laser cutter.
Can you design a chassis for my robot — not just a box?
Yes — I make robot chassis. Share your motor specs, wheel dimensions, electronics layout, and any structural constraints. I design for the manufacturing method you'll use and include motor mount geometry and board mounting provisions.
Can I get the design in SolidWorks or other formats instead of Fusion 360?
I design in Fusion 360 and deliver STEP as the universal handoff format — it opens in SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, Onshape, and every other major CAD tool with full solid geometry intact. If you need the native Fusion 360 .f3d file to continue editing parametrically, that's included in every tier.
Can you add branding — a logo emboss or deboss on the enclosure?
Yes absolutely. Share your logo as an SVG or DXF file and I'll apply it as an emboss or deboss. For injection-molded parts I'll also advise on minimum feature depth for the molding process.
My enclosure needs to meet IP54 / IP65 — can you design for that?
Yes. IP-rated designs require gasket channels, specific surface flatness, and appropriate fastener spacing — all of which I incorporate at the design stage. You'll need to source compatible gasket material (I'll specify the cross-section and durometer), but the geometry will be correct.
Do you offer revisions if the PCB changes after I order?
Yes, Unlimited revisions are offered on this gig for limited time. Order soon!
