FAQ
Do you use real devices or emulators for the testing?
I only use real testers using actual android mobile phone units and tablets, No emulators or automated bots are used. This ensures your google play console logs show genuine, organic user engagement that completely satisfies Google’s tracking system.
What happens if a tester drops out or uninstalls the app?
Google resets the 14 days testing clock if engagement drops. To prevent this, my standard and premium tiers provide 20 app testers instead of just 12 testers. This safety net guarantees you maintain the minimum required daily activity without interruptions.
Will your testers provide the required feedback inside the Play Store?
Yes. Every app tester will actively perform functional usability testing and submit constructive app feedback and reports. This gives you the authentic testing data required to successfully fill out your production access questionnaire.
Can you test mobile games and web based applications?
Absolutely. Beyond standard mobile app testing, I provide dedicated game testing (for Unity/Unreal builds) and hybrid web application tests. I match the right android testers to your specific app category for accurate results.
Is app approval guaranteed after the 14 day period?
While I ensure 100% compliance with the 14 day closed testing rule and provide the necessary summary report metrics final approval rests with Google. To maximize your success, my premium package includes custom answers for the production access form to help you pass their review
