FAQ
What do I need to provide?
Please send your newsletter text, images, logo, brand colors, links, audience and goal, plus your email platform information. You must have permission to use all supplied materials. Premium orders need content for both newsletters.
Do you write the newsletter content?
You provide the main text and images for every package. Standard and Premium include light editing for clarity, grammar and flow. Full copywriting, research and creating content from scratch are not included.
Which platforms do you work with?
I regularly work in Constant Contact and Mailchimp. Your account should already be set up and ready to use. If you use another platform, message me before ordering so I can confirm whether it is a fit.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes to the original newsletter brief, such as wording, image placement or formatting. Basic includes one round; Standard and Premium include two rounds per order. New newsletters, new content or a new design direction require a separate agreement.
Will you schedule or send my newsletter?
Yes! Premium includes up to 2 newsletters and 1 approved send each to organized existing lists/tags. With authorized access, I'll schedule/send after you approve content, recipients and date/time with time zone. Basic/Standard need the $30 sending Extra; it adds 1 day.
What is not included?
Base packages exclude list cleanup, imports, new lists/tags, segmentation and technical setup/troubleshooting. Basic/Standard exclude scheduling/sending unless the paid Extra is purchased. Extras cover only their stated scope; paid platform plans and assets are your responsibility.
How do I provide access and avoid delays?
Use the platform's user invitation or collaborator access where available; do not send passwords in the requirements. Please provide complete content, branding and links when ordering. If anything is missing, I'll contact you through Fiverr to resolve it and discuss timing if needed.
What does the $65 contact cleanup custom offer include (2-day delivery)?
Up to 500 existing contacts in 1 account: review duplicates/platform flags, remove approved records, organize up to 3 existing tags. Max 60 minutes hands-on. No imports, email verification, advanced segmentation or database rebuilding. More work requires a separate quote and my approval.
Can I request other writing or revision add-ons?
Message me for a separate offer: $25 for 1 revision round on 1 newsletter within the original brief; $50 for up to 300 words from your notes with 1 revision, no research; $15 for 5 extra subject lines for 1 newsletter. Each adds 1 day. The extra-newsletter Extra excludes sending.
What does the $65 import and tagging custom offer include (2-day delivery)?
Up to 500 permission-based contacts from 1 clean, import-ready CSV to 1 existing list; apply up to 3 existing tags. Provide account access. Max 60 minutes hands-on. No research, extensive file cleanup, duplicate investigation or advanced segmentation. More work: a separate quote and my approval.
