Each package provides a fixed number of once‑off project management hours used for planning, organisation, coordination, tracking, and issue resolution, agreed upfront.
Are the hours ongoing or one‑time only?
All packages are once‑off support packages, not ongoing retainers. Hours are used within an agreed timeframe to deliver focused progress. I am happy to discuss a retainer package.
Do you manage or hire contractors directly?
I don’t hire or pay contractors, but I help coordinate schedules, clarify scopes, review timelines, and support communication to keep work on track.
