How long will it take to deliver?
I do work within your timeline. If I am unable to do the job to fit your timeline I will let you know upfront. If this is a rush, I do have a rush fee.
Do you return the product after filming?
No. Unless the buyer provides a pre-paid return shipping label and a handling fee, the product is considered a gift and will not be returned.
When does the delivery countdown timer start?
The official delivery window starts only after the physical product arrives at my location, not when the order is placed.
Who covers shipping fees, custom duties, and taxes?
The buyer is entirely responsible for all shipping fees, customs charges, and tracking arrangements.
How long do the usage rights last?
Standard delivery includes 3 months of usage. Extended 6-month, 1-year, or perpetual rights can be added as custom extras
Can I post this video on my personal social media channels?
Generally no, as a UGC creator, I provide content for your brand channels. However, it the product does fit within my niche on my social media channels, I will post. Otherwise,I do not post the content to my own audience.
How do you create UGC for digital apps or websites?
The buyer must provide a free test account, app access, or screen recordings to use for green-screen backgrounds.
What is your policy on revisions and video re-shoots?
Free revisions cover editing adjustments (text, music). Re-shoots cost extra unless I missed an explicit instructions.
Do you write the video script, or do I provide it?
I can work with your provided script or write an optimized hook-and-body script at no charge. I of course will get your approval on all scripts, text on screen, etc.
