I'm a native European Portuguese speaker with over 16 years of experience in English and a Bachelor's degree in Translation. I have also interned under a professional freelance translator, acquiring valuable experience in Tourism, Technical and Legal Translation. - ENG <-> PT Translation: Up to 6k-word documents. Price adjusted to the amount of words and complexity of the documents;
- MT Post-editing: My translations are all manual and human. You can, however, bring me a machine translated document for post-editing;
- Transcription;
- Subtitling;
- DTP (Desktop Publishing): only for small documents.

FAQ
Do you translate from/to Brazilian Portuguese?
While I have a decent amount of knowledge regarding Brazilian Portuguese (courtesy of the years I've spent in contact with Brazilians), I can only translate documents from/to Pt-Br if they aren't culturally heavy or are more technical in nature.
What are your fields of expertise?
In my internship, I gained experience in Tourism-related, Technical and Legal Translations. I can, however, translate documents from other areas as well. You can also send me a message and I'll let you know about my knowledge on the topic of your document.
Which file formats do you accept?
I accept just about any file formats that my CAT Tools support, which are various. However, please note that uneditable texts in images may not be so easily translated (if at all possible). You can check with me whether the format of your files is supported.
Do you use A.I. in your translations?
No, all my translations are manual and human, with dedicated and diligent terminology research. But I can also work with machine-translated documents, providing MT Post-editing services instead of only pure translation services.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. If your documents have a high amount of repeated segments, that makes it easier for me to translate them, therefore lowering the price by a certain amount.
