What does editable mean?
Devices, labels and connectors are individual editable elements in the .drawio file. You can update the diagram in draw.io. It is not a screenshot pasted into an editor. PNG and SVG exports are also included.
What counts toward the package limits?
The package covers 1 page, up to 10 network objects and 15 connections. Both limits apply. Each router, switch, firewall, endpoint, server or cloud counts as one object. Each drawn link counts as one connection. Titles and notes do not count.
Can you work from a photo or hand-drawn sketch?
Yes, if every device, label and connection is readable. A device list with an explicit connection list also works. I will ask you to clarify anything ambiguous before drawing rather than invent network details.
What is included in a revision?
One revision covers layout, colour, styling and agreed-source adjustments. I correct my transcription mistakes at no extra charge. A replacement topology or added objects and connections requires a separate quote.
Do you design, configure or troubleshoot networks?
This gig redraws the topology you provide. Network discovery, architecture design, device configuration, troubleshooting and security assessments are outside the scope. You do not need to share passwords or live account access.
Can you provide a native Visio file?
This offer includes an editable draw.io file, PNG and SVG. A native Visio file is not included.
Do I need to join a call?
No. Requirements, questions and feedback are handled through Fiverr messages. No calls, meetings or remote sessions are required.
Do you use AI?
I may use AI to organise supplied information or prepare an initial layout, and I check the final diagram against your source. Tell me your restrictions before ordering. Confidential material will not be sent to third-party AI services without your agreement.
