Do you use Zapier or UI automation tools?
No. I use the official QuickBooks Online API. This allows safer bulk updates, proper SyncToken handling, and processing of large datasets without breaking your QBO environment.
How many records can you process?
I can safely process from a few hundred to 50,000+ records using batch processing and rate-limit protection. Large jobs are handled in controlled batches to avoid API errors.
What information do you need to start?
I typically need: • Your Excel/CSV file • Access to your QuickBooks Online company
Will this affect my existing QuickBooks data?
No existing data will be modified outside the agreed scope. I use sparse updates (Id + SyncToken) to ensure safe and controlled changes. A results log is provided for full transparency.
.What happens if some records fail?
All records are logged individually. If any record fails (e.g., due to unbilled expenses or QBO restrictions), it will be clearly listed in the results file with the exact error message so you can review and decide next steps.
