What do I need to provide?
Either a firmware file, or the physical device itself. If you're unsure, message me first and we'll figure it out.
Can you modify or patch firmware?
It depends on the firmware and device. Some firmware can be patched, others cannot due to technical or security constraints.
Are all devices supported?
Not always. Some devices use heavy protection mechanisms that make firmware extraction technically or economically not feasible. I'll assess your device upfront and tell you honestly what's possible before you place an order.
How do you handle confidential data?
All files and firmware are processed locally in a secure environment. Your proprietary data is never shared with third parties or stored on external systems.
