What should I expect in a session with you?
Our time together is solution focused, so I take the time to carefully listen and assess each of my client’s individual needs in a safe and comfortable environment. I help you identify your goals and provide you with tools that will allow you to move closer to the life you want.
How do we get our appointment scheduled?
After booking with me, I will send you a message with my availability so we can get an appointment on the calendar, I will also share a HIPPA google meet link for our appointment. I have a 24 hour reschedule policy, so you can change that appointment up until 24 hours before the start time.
