Do I need a VPS to run OpenClaw, or will my laptop work?
It runs on your laptop, but only while it's on. For an OpenClaw agent that replies on WhatsApp or Telegram around the clock, a VPS is best. I set up either and help you pick a VPS if needed.
Can you install OpenClaw using my own Claude API key?
Yes. I guide you through creating your own Claude API key so you keep full control, then connect it to OpenClaw for you. Your key and data stay yours, and I never store your credentials.
