I'm a music A&R and have been for over two decades, I've worked with countless recording labels and A-list celebrities and over the years I helped shed light to a lot of artists who have had great music and stage presence but its only but so many artists that labels actually take the time out to listen to that's where the A&R's come in, but than again it only a few artist we can pick out of thousands to get heard by the labels it really sucked having to pass on a lot of dope talent per recording label wishes, during my years of working I've created my own name and repertoire from the many networking events, parties etc etc all of the things that comes with having affiliates in the music industry.
