1. Do you need access to my accounts?
I only need temporary access to the apps involved (or API keys). You can revoke it after delivery. I never keep permanent access.
2. Do I need a paid Make.com plan?
Not necessarily. For simple automations the free plan is often enough. For higher volume, you’ll need a paid plan on your side.
3. How do you deliver the automation?
I send you the .json file + a short video explaining how to import it and reconnect your accounts.
4. Can you fix an existing automation?
Yes. I can review, fix, and optimize existing Make.com or N8N scenarios.
5. Do you work with Zapier and n8n too?
Yes. I mainly use Make.com, but I also work with Zapier and n8n.
6. Will the automation keep running after delivery?
Yes. Once imported into your Make.com account, it runs under your account and your plan.
7. Can you add AI to the automation?
Yes. I can integrate ChatGPT, Claude or other AI models to classify, generate content, or make decisions inside the workflow.
9. What if something doesn’t work after delivery?
I include revisions. If something breaks because of a change on your side, we can fix it (extra charges may apply if it’s out of scope).
10. Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. The Premium package includes 7 days of support. For the other packages, short questions are fine, bigger changes are extra.
