I bridge the gap between computer design and physical manufacturing by optimizing geometries directly for 3D printers and CNC hardware. I ensure your enclosures, parts, and assemblies account for material expansion, wall thickness parameters, and real-world assembly constraints before production begins.

The Process:

1. Tolerance Optimization: We align the digital file layout with your specific manufacturing or printing method to prevent warping or printing failures.
2. Workshop Supervision: For physical packages, I personally oversee the printing or cutting process locally at a professional workshop to test fitment, friction-fits, and structural strength.
3. Local Testing Alignment: I run physical tests on the prototype locally and approve the functional results directly with you over video before handoff.
