In what languages do you provide the material in?
It is all in English currently. Translations to other languages may come in the future.
What materials will I get delivered from you in this gig?
It depends on the package you choose, but for each package you will receive both my proposed planning input and the actual excel template as well. The whole idea is that it should be a project plan that you can take over and continue working with.
Do you only provide this gig on your own templates?
Yes, this gig is specifically meant for those who want to have a very lean and pragmatic approach on how to plan and drive their project. However if you do have any special requests please reach out to me and I am sure we can work something out!
I already have a project that I need support with, can you help with that?
Of course, contact me and we discuss way forward. Dependent on your preference we could either end up working with just addressing the specific challenges you may have or redo the project into this framework if that is what will help you succeed.
