FAQ
Can you create videos for physical brand products?
Yes, it's very easy to send physical products to and within the UK so this is no problem.
Do you have an accent?
Yes, I'm originally from the north of England (Lancashire) so has an authentic northern accent. Simon is from South Wales so has a Welsh accent. We feel that these accents can add to our relatability. However, we are able to play our accents down if preferred!
Where are you located?
We live in the West Midlands, in the UK.
Do you offer subtitles?
Yes, I'm very happy to add subtitles at no additional cost and can try to match these to your brand in terms of colours if you'd like.
What's your revision policy?
We offer up to three revisions if they are our mistakes. If you require a revision to change the script or tone there will be an additional fee.
