In what format should I send my document?
I work preferably with Word files (.doc or .docx) to ensure accurate proofreading using Track Changes. If your manuscript is only available in PDF, I can convert it to Word.
What type of Spanish do you work with?
I can proofread texts in neutral Spanish, Spanish from Spain, or Latin American Spanish, depending on your audience and purpose. Vocabulary and tone are always adapted to the content and target reader.
What will I receive upon delivery?
You will receive a clean corrected version, a marked-up version with Track Changes and comments. Kindle format can be provided as an additional service.
What types of content or genres have you worked with?
Books and manuscripts (fiction and non-fiction), novels, self-help, biographies, educational and business books, technical texts, articles, and web content across multiple industries.
What information do you need to send a custom offer?
Please provide the total word count, deadline (if any), and the special requirements (formatting, ebook, APA, etc.)
Do you proofread manually or use software?
All texts are manually and carefully proofread. As a final quality check, I may use professional tools to detect any overlooked errors. The editing itself is 100% human.
Do you outsource your work?
No. I personally supervise and review every project. For large workloads, I collaborate with a trained editorial support team, and I always perform the final review myself.
