I will model your architectural or structural project in 3D using Revit.
A few ideas or simple sketches will be enough to start creating the model for your future home, home extension or commercial space.
Using 3D modeling, the quality of the final product and drawings is guaranteed. The entire set of drawings (plans, elevations, section views) is extracted from the model.
I'll also input in the model all relevant information regarding both architectural and structural elements.
I can also create parametric Revit families for your specific needs and implement ad hoc modeling solutions using Dynamo, please contact me or check my other gigs for them.

No, minor revisions are included in the quote I'll propose you. I'll be available for minor revisions also after the order is marked as complete.
Does the price of the gig change considering the project's size?
Yes, the quotes vary between various projects due to the different complexity and different amount of work needed. Please "Contact Me" before ordering to allow me evaluate and make you a custom offer.
What do you need to start building a BIM model?
Usually existing drawings or hand sketches and a short description of the project are enough for me to quote the project and get started with it. Minor aspects can be later precised through revisions.
Can you provide a completely new architectural design for a new building?
Yes, I can provide a brand new architectural solution considering your requirements. The size and shape of the land is needed in order to allow me develop a building shape that best fits the lot.
Can you provide a detailed BIM Structural Model?
