I will sync your inventory across shopify, amazon or other sales channels

About this gig
Are you managing inventory across Shopify, Amazon, or other channels by hand?
Every minute spent manually updating stock counts is a minute you're not spending growing your store and one missed update can mean overselling a product you don't actually have, which damages trust with your customers.
I build automated inventory sync systems using Make.com that keep your stock levels consistent across every channel you sell on. The moment inventory changes on one platform, it's reflected everywhere else no manual updates, no overselling.
What you get:
Automatic stock sync across Shopify, Amazon and other channels
One-way sync (simple, reliable) or two-way sync with conflict handling (Premium)
Optional low-stock alerts before you run out
A tested, working automation not just a tutorial
Why work with me:
I specialize in Make.com automations for e-commerce, so I understand the real risks in inventory sync race conditions, API rate limits, and sync conflicts and build around them from the start.

FAQ
Will this prevent me from overselling a product?
Yes! That's the core purpose. Once set up, your stock counts stay consistent across channels, so you won't sell more than you actually have. Premium tier adds real-time two-way sync with built-in conflict handling for extra safety.
What's the difference between one-way and two-way sync?
One-way sync means one platform (like Shopify) is the "source of truth" and pushes updates to the others. Two-way sync means any channel can update stock and it reflects everywhere. More powerful, but more complex, which is why it's included in the Premium package.
What if two customers buy the same item at the same time on different platforms?
This is exactly what two-way sync with conflict handling (Premium) is built to manage. For Basic/Standard (one-way), I recommend keeping a small safety buffer in your stock counts to avoid edge-case overselling.
Do I need to give you access to my sales channels?
Yes, but only limited access via API key or app permissions, never your login credentials. I'll walk you through generating secure API access for each platform.
What platforms do you support besides Shopify and Amazon?
WooCommerce, Etsy, and most platforms with an API or Make.com integration. Message me first to confirm your specific setup before ordering.
What happens if the automation breaks or a platform changes its API?
This is rare but possible with any automation. Check my gig extras for monthly monitoring, where I proactively check for issues so you're not caught off guard.
