I will set up jira and confluence for your project management workflow
About this Gig
Is your team losing track of tasks, deadlines and priorities? Jira and Confluence can fix that, but only if they are set up around how your team actually works.
I'm a Project Manager who uses Jira and Confluence every day to run client projects. I'll set them up so your team can start working right away, without unnecessary complexity.
What I can do:
- Review your current Jira and tell you exactly what to fix
- Set up projects, workflows, issue types and boards (Scrum or Kanban)
- Create automations that save your team repetitive work
- Build dashboards to track progress and workload
- Create a Confluence space with templates for requirements, meeting notes and retrospectives
What I need from you:
- An invite to your Jira site (no passwords needed)
- A short description of your team and how you work today
Not sure which package fits? Send me a message before ordering and I'll recommend the right one.

FAQ
Do you work with Jira Cloud or Data Center?
I work with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud. If you use Jira Data Center, send me a message before ordering so we can check what’s possible.
Do I need to share my password?
No. You invite me to your Jira site as a user, and you can remove my access as soon as the order is delivered.
What permissions do you need?
To set up projects and workflows I need admin rights on the projects involved. For the Health Check, read access is enough.
Will my existing issues be affected?
I never delete issues. If a change affects work already in progress, I explain it first and apply it only after your approval.
Scrum or Kanban: which one is right for us?
It depends on how your team plans work. I’ll recommend one based on your answers, and explain why.
