The price is an base to start, but each conditions project has different price.
Basic Plan
Includes the design of the MEP model in Revit, based on a Revit or IFC model. You will receive five 2D drawings, including the most relevant floor plans according to your needs, along with four model perspectives. This plan is intended for projects up to 1,000 m².
Standard Plan
Includes the design of the MEP model in Revit, based on a Revit or IFC model. You will receive seven 2D drawings, including the most relevant floor plans as per your requirements, along with six model perspectives. This plan is intended for projects up to 2,500 m².
Premium Plan
Includes the design of the MEP model in Revit, based on a Revit or IFC model. You will receive nine 2D drawings, including the most important floor plans tailored to your needs, along with eight model perspectives. This plan is intended for projects up to 5,000 m².
