Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please message me before ordering. Every WordPress website is different, so I need to check your URL, current speed issues, hosting, theme, plugins and project scope before recommending the right package.
Do you guarantee a 100/100 PageSpeed score?
No. I do not guarantee unrealistic 100/100 scores. Final results depend on hosting, theme quality, plugins, third-party scripts, ads, tracking tools and website structure. My goal is to improve real loading speed and Core Web Vitals safely.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package includes a technical speed audit and a clear action plan only. It does not include implementation of fixes. If you want me to apply optimizations, please choose the Standard or Premium package.
What access do you need?
For audit-only work, I usually need your website URL. For optimization work, I may need temporary WordPress admin access and, depending on the issue, hosting, cache plugin or CDN/Cloudflare access.
Can you optimize WooCommerce websites?
Yes, I can work with WooCommerce websites, but they need extra care. Cart, checkout and account pages must remain dynamic and should not be cached incorrectly. Please contact me first so I can check the store setup.
Can you improve Core Web Vitals?
Yes, I can help improve Core Web Vitals such as LCP, CLS and INP where possible. However, results depend on the theme, hosting, plugins, page structure, images, scripts and third-party services used on the website.
Will you install caching or optimization plugins?
Only if needed and only after checking your website. I do not blindly install plugins. If a premium plugin is required, you must already have a valid license or approve the cost before installation.
Do I need a backup before optimization?
Yes, I recommend having a full website backup before any optimization work. If your hosting provides backups, please make sure a recent backup is available. For complex websites, backup access or staging is strongly recommended.
Can you optimize Elementor or page builder websites?
Yes, I can optimize Elementor and other page builder websites, but results depend on how the pages are built. Heavy layouts, many widgets, animations, sliders or third-party scripts may limit the final score.
What happens if the main problem is hosting?
If the main bottleneck is poor hosting or server response time, I will explain it clearly and provide recommendations. Some performance issues cannot be fully fixed from WordPress alone without improving the hosting environment.
