I will do embroidery digitizing for logo, patch, applique, 3d puff and dst files
About this gig
Every embroidery file I digitize is built around three production factors: stitch density, underlay stability, and color block accuracy details that separate clean embroidery digitizing from files that pucker or shift. Each logo is manually digitized stitch by stitch for accurate machine embroidery, not auto converted. I provide custom logo digitizing for DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3 and more, including patches, left chest logos, jacket backs & 3D puff. Every file is optimized for production with support for refinements after your initial sew out if adjustments are needed.

FAQ
What do you need to start my embroidery digitizing project?
Please send your logo or artwork in the highest quality available (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, or PSD). If you know the embroidery size, placement, fabric type, and required machine format, include those details for the most accurate digitizing.
Which embroidery file formats do you provide?
I can deliver all major machine embroidery formats, including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, XXX, SEW, CND, EMB, and others. If your machine requires a different format, simply let me know before placing your order.
Can you digitize logos for caps, hats, and 3D puff embroidery?
Yes. I digitize logos for flat embroidery, caps, hats, left chest logos, jacket backs, patches, appliqué, and 3D puff embroidery with stitch paths optimized for the intended application.
Do you use automatic embroidery digitizing software?
No. Every design is manually digitized to achieve better stitch quality, proper underlay, balanced density, and cleaner machine performance than standard auto-converted files.
Can you edit or resize an existing embroidery file?
Yes. I can modify, resize, improve, or convert existing embroidery files whenever the design allows while maintaining stitch quality and production compatibility.
Will my file work on every embroidery machine?
The files are created according to your requested machine format. Final embroidery results may also depend on machine settings, thread, stabilizer, fabric, and hooping technique.
What if my design is very detailed?
Highly detailed logos may require simplification depending on the final embroidery size. If any adjustments are necessary to improve stitch quality, I'll discuss them with you before digitizing.
Do you provide revisions?
Yes. If adjustments are needed to improve the embroidery file after reviewing the initial result, I'll refine the digitizing according to the revision policy included with your package.
Can you handle bulk or commercial embroidery projects?
Absolutely. I work on single logos as well as bulk digitizing projects for apparel brands, embroidery shops, promotional companies, uniforms, and corporate clients.
I'm not sure which package fits my project. What should I do?
If you're unsure, send your artwork before ordering. I'll review your design and recommend the package that best matches its complexity, size, and embroidery requirements.
