I will design a welding jig or fixture for your product, help to manufacture it, and support after your production start.
I have extensive hands-on experience with jigs and fixtures. I've worked closely with welding jigs at the General Motors plant for 5 years, and also completed many projects designing fixtures for various industries.
My workflow provides complete order control through several built-in design reviews and regular updates.

FAQ
What input do you need to design a jig or fixture?
Mainly, your input should include 3D model of your assembled product and other specifications/requirements to be achieved. Before placing an order, please contact me directly to discuss your specific needs and input required.
What kind of documents can you provide for my product manufacturing?
I can provide a full 3D model, detailed drawings for the main assembly, all subassemblies and parts, and part lists. If you need more, for example, files for laser cutting, nesting for flat parts, or a bill of materials for purchasing let me know and I will include it in the custom offer.
What package is a good choice for me? What is the gig price for my task?
Each client has specific needs and requirements. The prices in the gig description are examples of my completed projects. Let me know what you're looking for and I will prepare a Custom Offer just for you.
What about revisions?
There are several design reviews incorporated into our workflow before delivery. During these reviews, you can request changes to the design. This approach ensures that your needs are met. The number of free revisions after order delivery is set in my Custom Offer depending on the project.
How do you ensure a project confidentiality?
The Fiverr system provides you the project confidentiality services. In addition to this, I am happy to sign the NDA form to ensure confidentiality.
What CAD software do you use for design?
Autodesk Inventor. I specialize in single modeling software to ensure the best efficiency.
What file formats can you provide?
For 3D models: Autodesk Inventor's iam, ipt or universal step, sat, iges; for drawings: dwg, pdf; for laser cutting: dxf. Other formats are available on request.
Can you do rendering and animation for my 3D model?
Yes, within Autodesk Inventor. Examples of my works are available in my portfolio and on the Internet.
