I will help configure your IP cameras and nvr remotely

Need help setting up your IP camera or NVR? I provide remote configuration assistance for compatible, already installed equipment. Message me before ordering with the exact camera and recorder models so I can confirm compatibility and scope.

BASIC: 1 IP camera, up to 30 minutes of remote setup.

STANDARD: up to 2 IP cameras and 1 NVR, up to 60 minutes, including a recording schedule check.

PREMIUM: up to 4 IP cameras and 1 NVR, up to 90 minutes, recording checks and a brief user walkthrough.

Each package includes a short configuration summary and one revision limited to the agreed settings. Session time includes troubleshooting; hardware faults or unsupported devices may require a separate solution.

You need powered, connected equipment, an on-site computer, stable internet and authorized administrator access. You enter your own passwords. No physical installation, cabling, password bypass, firmware upgrades or public port forwarding is included.

I have hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, including ExacqVision and Pelco. Support is available in Spanish. Sessions are scheduled by agreement.
