1. What do you verify?
For each contact I check the email, name, job title and company, and remove duplicates. In Premium I also check fit against your target criteria.
2. Do you find new leads?
No. I verify and clean the list you provide. I do not build lists from scratch or sell databases.
3. What file formats do you accept?
CSV, Excel or a Google Sheets link. Please include at least name and company for each contact.
4. What do I get back?
A clean file in the same format, plus a short report of what was changed. In Standard and Premium, failed contacts are marked or moved to a separate sheet, as you choose.
5. Is my data safe?
I use your list only for your order and do not share it. I delete your files after the order is completed.
6. How accurate is the verification?
I check each contact against public sources and verification tools. No method is 100% exact, so the report shows what was confirmed, risky or invalid.
7. Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes, I fix errors in the delivered file. Changes to the scope, such as extra contacts or new criteria, are handled as an extra or a new order.
