I will give you music composition lessons

In this online lessons i will provide all that you need to know about music theory to compose tracks for any media, from beginners to highly advanced levels. Adapted to the objectives and personal interest of the student

Some of the theory stuff we will work:

• Harmony, how do we use scales/modes to build up chord progressions (just like academicals did: Bach, Chopin, Mozart; but also we will see modern harmony techniques to understand jazz, filmscore and popular music in a meaningful way).
• Music form: analyse and understand the overall structure of a piece
• Counterpoint and its use to enrich the melody lines in the harmonic structure.
• Melodic analysis
• Rhythm, time signature, sheet music language in general
• Orchestration, synchestration and timbre
• Music analysis of composers from all periods (including also contemporary film, jazz and popular music)
• Software usage, DAW, sheet music editors, plug ins
• Mixing and Mastering
• Midi Controller, VST, automation, synthesizers, etc
