FAQ
How should I provide the logo file?
I can only work with vector files. so your logo needs to be in either .ai or .eps format, ideally in RGB color mode. If you don't have a vector format logo, please purchase my gig extra so I can recreate your logo in Vector.
Can I provide you with a music track you can work with?
Certainly! I can create an animation using your logo track at no additional cost, even with my Basic package, which typically doesn't include any sound.
How does the Standard package differ?
With the Standard package, I will develop two concepts that align with your brand's tone for you to choose from. I will also send you a design intent document, a full storyboard for your approval, and provide VIP support!
What does the Premium package include? What is considered an "intro"?
A logo animation simply involves your logo in motion. An animated intro is a slightly longer video that provides more context by incorporating elements relevant to your product, niche, or business.
Are there any music options for me to choose from?
Yes, if you selected the Standard or Premium package or opted for the music gig extra, I will present you with a shortlist of music tracks that match the mood of the animation.
Is there a difference in quality among the three packages offered?
I don't believe in compromising the quality of the output based on the price point. You will receive 100% of my creativity regardless of the package. However, the BASIC package is my concept and the STANDARD follows your direction as a guideline.
Is there anything you won't do?
I don't add animated characters or animate mascots and/or people's faces in this gig. I don´t create/design the logo in this gig, just animate it.
I want to hire you, but this is a strictly confidential project.
I handle all projects discreetly and can sign an NDA. If you prefer, your animation won't be included in my portfolio.
