FAQ
What is your revision policy?
My revision policy is this: if I make an error in my voice over (pronunciation, say the wrong word) or use the wrong tone, I'm happy to provide a free revision up to 800 words. If you change the script and need me to re-record it, I will need to charge you for those extra words.
Are commercial rights included?
They are as this gig's aim is to make ordering easy.
What are Full Broadcast Rights and are they included?
If you need the voice over for use on radio, television, any form of social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc) or games, you have Full Broadcast rights included which cover the usage of the voice over for these types of media.
What is Script Proofreading and do I need it?
Script proofreading is correcting your script to make sure the vocabulary, grammar and structure works for your intended audience. So if English is not your main language, I can help you make your script even better!
What is your delivery time?
I can deliver up to 600 words in 24 hours. If you need the voice over to match the timing of an existing audio or video, I may need more time to get it right, and I will ask you to please choose the Time Sync option in your order.
What is Time Sync and do I need it?
Time sync is where my voice matches the timing of your video, timestamps or timing schedule. If you need my voice over to do this, please choose the Time Sync option in your order. If you need my voice over to match the speech of an on-screen person or character, please order the Dubbing option.
What is Dubbing and do I need it?
Dubbing is where my voice over matches a speaker or character talking on screen. It is much more precise than time sync and requires much more time and work to get it right. Please choose this option when making your order if you need this service.
Do you offer Rush Delivery?
Yes, if you need the voice over delivered quickly, I offer 12 hour delivery and 6-hour delivery (contact me). For 6 hour delivery, I do need you to be located in North America, Central America, South America or the Caribbean because of time zones.
Where are you from?
I live and work in Cancun, Mexico but I was born and raised in the US. I'm originally from Washington, DC and my accent is from there as well, which works well for a fairly neutral American accent.
What is Front of Line Service?
It means I record your job next--effectively moving you and your job to the front of the line!
