WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Almost every viral breakdown studies only the winners.

If 10 hits all use question-mark titles, you would conclude question marks work. But what if 100 flops use them too?

So I pull the failures as well. My own dataset: 452 videos across 10 channels, 220 of them under 10,000 views.

I also got it wrong twice. My first pass only looked at 100K+ videos and produced two conclusions that turned out to be false once the failures were added. That correction is in the report.
