What do I need to provide for the "Free Video Sync"?
To sync the voice-over to your video, I need you to send me the final video file (MP4/MOV). If there are specific moments where the voice must start or end, please provide the time-codes (e.g., "start at 0:05").
Can I get the voice-over in both English and Spanish in the Basic Pack?
The Basic Pack covers up to 30 seconds words in total. If your combined script (English + Spanish) under that time yes! If it exceeds that, please adjust the pack or order an extra
Is the background music royalty-free?
Yes! I provide high-quality, royalty-free background music. You won't have any copyright issues when uploading your video to YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
What if I’m not happy with the tone of the recording?
Your satisfaction is my priority. Every package includes 1 free revision for tone or style. Please be as specific as possible with your instructions so I can get it perfect the first time!
Do you offer script translation?
Yes! If you have a script in English and need it in Spanish (or vice versa), I offer a translation and adaptation service as an "Extra" to ensure it sounds natural for voice-over.
