Do you work with BoldTrail, kvCORE and Sierra Interactive?
Yes. I can help configure BoldTrail and Sierra Interactive accounts, including supported CRM automation and lead management features. I also work with legacy kvCORE terminology and workflows now available through BoldTrail.
Is BoldTrail the same as kvCORE?
BoldTrail is the successor to kvCORE, built on its foundation with updated CRM, website and automation features. Existing kvCORE users were migrated to BoldTrail, so I will work with the system available in your account.
Do I need an existing CRM account?
Yes. You should have a suitable active BoldTrail or Sierra Interactive subscription, or access through your brokerage. I can advise on setup requirements, but platform subscription fees are separate.
Can you create automated follow-up campaigns?
Yes. I can configure supported follow-up campaigns using your approved email content, triggers and lead segments. Automation options depend on your platform, permissions and subscription.
Can you import leads from my old CRM?
Yes. I can organize and import authorized client-owned contact data from a supported export such as CSV. Large or complex migrations require a separate quote.
Can you set up lead routing for a real estate team?
Yes. I can configure available lead-routing rules based on source, agent assignment or other supported criteria. I'll need your team's routing requirements and the appropriate admin access.
Can you customize my BoldTrail IDX website?
I can assist with supported website settings, lead forms and CRM connections. Complete website design or complex IDX customization is a separate service.
Can you connect Zillow, Facebook or other lead sources?
Where compatible integrations are available, yes. I will review the lead source, permissions, subscriptions and supported integration method before confirming the work.
Can you repair campaigns that are not running correctly?
Yes. I can review triggers, audience settings, routing rules and campaign configuration, then fix issues within the agreed project scope.
Will you provide training after setup?
I provide handover instructions for the features configured in your package. Live training and ongoing administration can be added through a custom offer.
