Does the price include delivery of a hard copy?
No. The price only includes the provision of a certified copy of the document, which the client will receive an electronic copy of such certified copy.
Does the fee include certification of multiple documents?
No. The fee is quoted on a "per document" basis, and any document with more than 3 pages will be charged at a sliding scale on each additional page.
Do I need to schedule an in-person meeting for certification?
It depends. If the certification is related to a document with your photo, then additional arrangements will be needed for verification of the true likeness of the person pictured.
Do I need to certify a document that has been legalised?
An apostille will be attached to a legalised document in the country/ jurisdictions that such document is issued. No further certification is needed.
Can I get multiple documents certified at the same time?
You need to separately quote for such certification. A multiple-page document more than 3 pages and complicated documents shall also be advised separately.
